I have a Samsung Rogue and I hook my phone up to the computer with the cord that they gave me(that is also the charger) but nothing happens. Normally something will pop up with different options, but nothing. How do I get the pics from my phone to my computer if nothing pops up? I tried going to my computer and looking for removable storage but i cant find that i have removeable programs, is that the same thing? Please help.
You need an sd card in order to use the Rogue as a removable storage device. Once you get one go to Settings and Tools>Memory>Card Memory>Format card. Once you do this go to Settings and Tools>Memory>Phone Memory>Move to Card. Then reconnect and move all your pics to your computer.

I bought a Samsung Gravity 2 the other day, along with a 4gb micro sd card to go with it. I transferred mp3s from my laptop to my phone using bluetooth, but it saved on the phone memory itself- not the micro sd. How do I move the mp3s within my phone from the memory to the card?

when u find what u want to transfer, open options, On my phone it says ‘move folder’ then u find where u want to move it to. Hope it works for you.

I have recently purchased a R519 and, as I’m a complete newbie to laptops, I’m slightly confused. As is says above, what is the difference between windows update and samsung update plus?
And, if there is a difference, should I use both of them, or should I only use windows update?

Just use the Windows updates. The majority of the PC – notebook manufacture update is just a spying eye on your computer. I would removed any manufacture update on my PC or at least disable it from the starts up and only update when I want to.
