what is the best gps mobile for around £25 per month?

hi. am thinking of getting a new fancy mobile after having a sony erricson k750i for the past few years. any suggestions? must be touch screen and good for web browsing, pref with built i camera. what would you recommend?
Lg Arena and Samsung Omnia, Samsung T929 Memoir, Nokia 5800
You cant go wrong with these phones. they are pricey but worth it.
