How much does the HTC Incredible cost for me?

I have an upgrade coming up soon on my verizon network and I’m pretty sure my 2 year contract is up. I know phone companies have all these hidden fees and stuff so I just want to know how much it would cost for me. I want the HTC Droid Incredible and the commercials say its only 200 dollars…I have an upgrade and everything but do I get a price discount with me upgrade? How much will it really cost? Thanks.
The phone is $200 after rebate with a new 2 year contract, so that is the price you would pay unless you have an additional equipment credit on your line. If you are on a family plan, only the primary line is entitled to this credit.

How to I take apart a Samsung Gravity and change the springs?

Both of the springs to slide the phone open are broken and I want switch the springs with the other samsung gravity that I have that’s broken. How do you do this?
Disclaimer: I have no experience with the phone, however I have taken lots and lots of things apart 
1.You will need a small screwdriver set.
2.Take out all the screws on one side, keep track of them and note if any are different sizes and their location. Some screws may be hidden under sticky "feet" others under plastic inserts. Keep taking out screws till it comes apart.
3. If there are no more screws and it doesn’t come apart, it may be held with a plastic snap or set of snaps. Use the flat blade screwdriver to pry the apart joints.
4. Keep track of parts and their how connected as they you take things off. Remember the parts inside electronics are delicate(especially ribbon cables).
5.Replace the springs and test the functionality if possible.
6. Snap the plastic back together install all the screws and replace any sticky feet.
7. Voilà fixed!
Remember that most electronics can be disassembled and repaired, but this does not mean they are designed it to be repaired. It is usually difficult, but most always do-able.

can i erase windows mobile and put android on an tmobile htc hd2 ?
i know you can run android from windows mobile on the htc hd2 and im doing that right now, but is there anyway that i can take windows mobile off and put android or any other os on it ?? or maybe why is android slow,or freezes sometimes

thats because you are trying to put a ferrari engine in a honda
it will work but will cause issues
HTC HD2 isnt an android phone and when you port something to a phone like HD2 you will always have issues.
you can do it, i did it myself, but it was laggy, alot of things didn’t work and it eventually crashed and brick and i had to bring it back to WM again.
go to XDA DEVELOPERS website and read some info there……….its really helpful
btw you can’t fully take WM off HTC HD2 its embedded into the phone.
and i dont think i have seen any other OS ported over to HD2, only android since the source codes are available to everyone.
