I own a mobile home and want to purchase a new home before April 30th 2010. For the $8000 tax credit purpose, am I qulified for $8000 tax credit?

If you already own a mobile home…you would not qualify for the credit on another mobile home. You may qualify for a "move up" credit if you plan to use the new mobile home as your primary residence for the next 3 years.

Also….the credit is not really 8K…unless the mobile home is $80,000.00 or above. You only get back 10 % of the purchase price if it’s less.

Now being a worthy competitor the Iphone 3G, the blackberry storm has a lot of features, with 3 G Internet capabilities as well.

Now with its touch screen and multimedia capability, the storm is competing with the Iphone and google androids. However blackberry makers RIM has always been well known for its mobile messaging, however it was not renowned for its multimedia capabilities. Now things are changing!

Comparing different plans for the blackberry storm with similar phone shows the phone in a different light in different continents.

Verizon offers the blackberry storm at $69 /month in its global plan. It allows unlimited access to personal POP3 email accounts and corporate addresses via Global Email which has always been a strong point of the blackberry applications., as well as web browsing, MMS, and other data services. However its data service plans are worth taking a second look

Downloading email can adds up and exceeds the 250 MB cap, especially if attachments are frequent as is usual for office related matters.

Other plans like the e$79, $99, $199 and $149/month are good with increased download caps, with 2GB for the $149/month, offer better download capabilities.

It is this download limit that is hurting the deals, however the phone itself is quite a performer, given blackberry’s reputation as a messaging phone with less multimedia.

Getting the handset for $0 if one opts for a 2-year plan! It compares favourably with the iphone here. However the download cap is 250 MB. For downloading extra, it is to be paid extra in this $69/month plan.

Compared to the original February launch price of $169/month this should be a good deal.

One cans buy the vodafone blackberry storm, for about $141 in the ‘Perfect Choice Access 100 plan’, which at $64/month one gets 100 voice minutes, a similar SMS messages and 1GB of Blackberry e-mail, along with mobile TV and free music downloads.

Verizon Wireless and partner Vodafone Have a great plan for frequent travellers!, Verizon wireless’s global Value Plan, offers a roaming charge on calls made to and from about hundred and thirty countries for $4.99 / month. That is greatly reduced rate while compared with normal roaming charges!

In the global Email data plan for $69 per month, it allows for unlimited browsing, email, and messaging. At $69/month and covers European countries apart from the US. Just attaching any voice plan drops down the price to $65. Although compared to other data plan that is still expensive. However roaming charges can be quite large in Europe, so for $69 inclusive of roaming charges is quite a good deal especially for the frequent traveller.

Thus for the frequent traveller there is a great plan, as well for long term users, the 2 year handset free plan and other more expensive plans to suit higher download requirements means the verizon blackberry storm is a great deal and will be a winner in the smart phone niche.
